We are very aware of the sustainability challenges that our society currently faces. In particular, those identified in the 2030 agenda promoted by the United Nations. Thus, we approach all our projects following respectful criteria towards the environment and natural resources.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY | We advise on energy efficiency of projects in existing buildings, whether of public or private nature. We design energy saving measures, implement renewable energies, and apply sustainability criteria in all our interventions. |
HERITAGE | We advise on possible incompatibilities that might exist between energy saving measures and Heritage conservation criteria, guiding our clients in conversations with Heritage protection institutions. |
INVESTMENT | We evaluate the investment needed to improve energy efficiency, as well as its amortization and profitability, implementing sustainability certificates at our client’s request. |
