The conservation of built heritage is a sustainable practice: it extends the lifespan of buildings, reduces resource consumption, and preserves unique cultural and material values. We approach each intervention by integrating environmental, energy, functional, and social sustainability, applying these criteria from the diagnostic phase through to execution. We assess material compatibility, prioritize reversible solutions, and evaluate the life cycle of interventions to minimize their impact without compromising authenticity. We also assess the heritage impact of each technical decision, always seeking a balance between conservation, use, and the responsible transformation of the built environment.
