Palacio de El Quexigal

Palace of El Quexigal

In progress. The rehabilitation of the historic Palace of El Quexigal, once a residence of Philip II and historically linked to the Monastery of El Escorial, represents a project of significant technical complexity and heritage sensitivity. The initiative involves the ambitious transformation of the former royal palace into a five-star hotel, addressing both structural restoration and formal conservation of the complex. The project preserves the original volumetry, ashlar masonry walls, traditional roofing systems, and noble woodwork, while incorporating contemporary hotel uses and state-of-the-art technical systems in line with the highest international hospitality standards.
